5. lnstall the rear cover.

Oll PumD
1. Apply a small amounl ol clean ergine orl lo the lip of a new
oil seal.
2. Push the oil seal slightly in by hand
Caution
. The oilseal musl be pressed in until it is llush with
the edge of the oil PumP body.
3. Press lhe oil seal :n evenry will' a su table pipe
Oil seal outer diametef: 44mm (1.73 in)
4. l\y'ount a new gasket and install the oil pump

Caulion
. Do not sqratch ihe oil Pump.
5. Cut away the portion of the gasket that projects from the
body toward the oil Pan side
Oil Strainer
Mourt a new gaskel and nslall tf'e oil strainer'
