6.5.1 LCD Message List

(1) Status. Warning. Alarm
(1)-(a) Status during idle mode
The Staus Warning Alarm list is recorded in table 7-1-1.
No. Level
This message appears immediately after power is turned
on and before the CU firmware starts up.
1 Initializing
The controller is being initialized.
"OKI PRINTING SOLUTIONS" Logo is displayed.
2 Initializing
The controller's EEPROM is being reset.
The EEPROM is reset under one of the conditions below.
• Change of CU ROM (CU F/W version is detected unmatched)
3 Initializing • Change of destination
• Forced initialization of EEPROM (system maintenance
menu)
• OEM set by PJL command
RAM check is in progress. The number (nnn) in Line 2
represents the percentage of checked capacity against the
4 Initializing total capacity.
The PU firmware is starting up in Loader mode.
This error may occur in a user environment. In that case,
5 Initializing the printer requires servicing by an engineer (equivalent to
S/C).
Communications with PU firmware has failed.
This error may occur in a user environment. In that case,
6 Initializing the printer needs servicing by an engineer (equivalent to
S/C).
The printer has started up in always online mode.
When it's started up in this mode, if an error occurs after
it has entered online state (ready), the printer processes
data (job) from an external device (host).
7 Initializing On the panel, an error or a warning is displayed.
To enter this mode, turn on power while holding down
Right, Left, and Down keys.
This key combination is not disclosed to users, this status
does not occur in a user environment.
Network initializing is in progress.
