Check the eject sensor
lever.

Confirmation Tasks
Check whether the cover is completely close or open.
Check whether rear panel is installed normally and may
disturb the operation.
By visual inspection, check whether there exists
something like load that may disturb the paper-ejecting
operation.
Check whether eject roller is jammed.
Check whether there is something abnormal about the
form of sensor lever and its movement.
By using the motor clutch test function of the
maintenance utility, check whether fuser motor operates
normally.
Check whether load exists.
Check the cable connection.
By visual inspection, please check whether incompletely
connection and oblique insertion of HEAT connector
of main board (M32 PCB) or defective cable assembly
exists.

Action at NG
Do not keep the
cover in incomplete
close/open state.
Reinstall the rear
panel correctly.
Repair the load.
Replace the sensor
lever with a new
one.
Replace the main
board (M32 PCB) or
fuser motor or fuser
with new one.
When trying to use
a new fuser, please
utilize the fuse
keep mode of the
maintenance utility.

199.)
Connect the cable
normally.
Replace the cable
with a new one.
Replace the fuser
motor with a new
one.
