(6) Unthread the cable through its guide groove.
(7) Turn over the scanner again and open the document cover (the ADF assembly 5).
(8) Slightly lift the ADF assembly
by inserting closed curved-tip tweezers and, in the direction of the arrow, lightly pressing the
tweezers. Lift and remove the ADF assembly
Note: For the structure of each hinge joint of the ADF assembly
view shown below.
(9) Turn the ADF Assembly
(10) Remove the six screws(black)
