Remove special ring spanner,
BMW No. 34 2 531 and silicon hose with hose
clip, BMW No. 13 3 010.
•
Screw in the battery tray.

Front control circuit

•
Connect the silicon hose with brake bleeding
device to the bleed screw (4), but do not switch
on.
•
Bleed the system in accordance with
instructions for bleeding.

Front metering cylinder (see above)

After all the work on the brake system has been

completed, run a bleed test using the
BMW MoDiTeC!
Brake fluid ...................................................DOT 4
[Integral ABS] Filling front control
Turn the handlebars to the left.
Top up the reservoir on the handlebar fitting to
the "MIN" mark.
Screw on the reservoir lid finger-tight.
