Remove the intake air pipe (

Disconnect oil cooler lines from oil cooler and re-
move oil cooler.
•
Disconnect plug for horn.
•
Disconnect plug for cruise control.
•
Release the instrument cluster from the fairing
holder.

Important:
Comply with safety regulations; fuel lines are pres-
surised.

•
Release the cable ties, guide the instrument
cluster with wiring harness through the fairing
carrier and set it down on the frame.
•
Detach the radiators at left and right from their
holders and press forwards.
•
Release the fairing carrier and pull off forwards.
•
Remove windscreen holder and horn.
•
Remove cruise-control unit with holder.
•
Remove mounted parts.
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure.

Tightening torque:
Fairing carrier:
Left and right to frame .................................. 30 Nm
Centre to frame ............................................ 24 Nm
Instrument panel ............................................ 6 Nm
Oil cooler lines to oil cooler .......................... 25 Nm
Oil cooler to fairing carrier .............................. 9 Nm
