FNS control board

1. Remove the finisher.

2. Remove the rear cover.

9. Remove the wire saddle [1], the
screw that secures the ground wire
[2], two connectors [3], and three
screws that secure the wire clamp
[4].
10. Remove two E-rings [1] and two
bearings [2] from both the front and
the rear, and remove the paper exit
unit [3].
3. Remove all sixteen connectors (For
FS-517/FS-518) or all seventeen
connectors (For FS-608) from the
FNS control board.
NOTE
• The left illustration shows the FNS
control board installed in FS-517.
