Manage the ProCurve Secure Router
To set up this communication, you must specify the IP address of the RADIUS
server. Enter the following command from the global configuration mode
context:
Syntax: radius-server host <A.B.C.D | hostname> [acct-port <port number> | auth-
port <port number> | retransmit <number> | timeout <seconds> | key <key>]
To define the RADIUS server, you simply enter the first part of the command:
Syntax: radius-server host <A.B.C.D | hostname>
Either replace <A.B.C.D> with an IP address or replace <hostname> with the
RADIUS server's host name. For example, if your RADIUS server has the IP
address of 192.168.115.5, enter:
ProCurve(config)# radius-server host 192.168.115.5
You can also configure other settings—such as the authentication port and
the shared key—for the RADIUS server. Table 2-4 lists the available options.
