(12) Remove the drum earth plate and the paper feed roller earth plate from the printer frame
front.

(13) Remove the two springs from the printer frame front.
(14) Rotate the drum cartridge latch, and remove the drum cartridge latch from the printer
frame front.
(15) Remove the spring from the drum cartridge latch.

(16) Reassemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
