Before Making Copies

To enter an account name and password (account track)

If the administrator has specified the account track settings, only users who
belong to permitted accounts can use the machine.
0 When account track has been set, only users who enter the allocated
account name and password, or users who enter the allocated account
password, can use the machine.
0 Contact your administrator for password information.
0 The amount of printed copies permitted may be specified differently
between accounts.

Turn on the machine power.
– The Account Name/Password Setting Screen will be displayed.
– If the Account Password Setting Screen is displayed, proceed to
Step 5.

Touch [Account Name].
The Account Name Input Screen will be displayed.
