Batch Transmission (Delay Transmission)

With this function you can send several documents all together in a batch
to one programmed telephone number. If one telephone number is
defined as a batch transmission number all documents for this number will
be sent in a single transmission.

If a transmission to this telephone number is not to be made as a
batch transmission, the number has to be dialled using the "direct
transmission" or manually with the numeric keys.

Press [FUNCTION] and [8].
Press [ENTER] and [4].
Press [ENTER].
Press a programmed one-touch key
(e.g. [01]) or a speed dial number.
Press [ENTER] and give the time for
the transmission. If you want to
deactivate the batch transmission enter
"00:00" as transmission time.
Press [ENTER].
If you want to program another batch
transmission press the desired one-
touch key and continue from step 6.
Press [STOP] to terminate the process.
