Polling Receiving

With this function you can poll originals from other fax machines, if they
are prepared with an original ready for polling. Further more you can
program your fax machine to do the polling automatically and alone. If you
have programmed the machine accordingly, it will poll an original from a
programmed sender. It is also possible to program a polling reception at a
fixed time each day.
Description
1 Press [FUNCTION] + [4].
2 Press [ENTER].
3 enter the desired telephone number.
4 Press [ENTER]. You may now program a
further entry (capacity up to 5 entries).
5 Press [ENTER] to continue.
6 Press [ENTER]. Give the starting time for
the polling. If no time is entered, the
polling starts immediately after the
programming is finished.
7 Press [ENTER]. If you want to program a
fixed daily, polling press [1].
8 Press [ENTER].
