PSTN or PBX

Select if your fax machine is connected to a PBX or a PSTN system.
1 Press [FUNCTION] and [0].
2 Press [ENTER] 2 times.
3 Press [2] for PSTN / PBX.
4 Press [ENTER].
5 Press [ ] or [
PBX. Press [ENTER] to save the
selection.
6 If you have selected PBX your can enter
your outside calling key(s).
7 Enter up to 4 numbers for outside
calling.
E.g. [0]
8 Press [ENTER] to save the selection.
If no outside calling number is programmed the flash function is
automatically activated. To make an outside call, [#] must be entered
before the key. The following table indicates the different types of external
calls for telephone systems.
