Entering an extension number you can directly reach a PC based fax
machine.

Press [1] to enter an extension number
in a network.
Press [ENTER].
Press 0 to go directly to step 13.
Name the one-touch key or the
programmed group.
Enter the desired name. (See 3.10.2)
Press [ENTER].
To program further one-touch keys,
repeat the procedure from step 5 to 11
or press [STOP] to terminate the
procedure.
If you press [0] at steps 8 and 11, no
network extension and no name is
programmed and the display moves
one step forward.
If you fill in the lables for the one-touch keys, it will be easier to find
the right telephone number later on.
