Contrast (Type Org.) / Resolution

Place the document in the document
feeder.
Press [TYPE ORG.
If you send documents with normal print or typed documents, no
adjustments are necessary. To change the quality of the transmission
press the [TYPE ORG.

The resolutions [EXTR.FINE] and [PHOTO] raise the cost and
transmission time considerably.
If the receiving station is not equipped to receive the resolution "extra fine"
your Minoltafax automatically switches back to the next possible
resolution.

The document is transmitted as normal print.
Documents that are too light are transmitted darker.
Documents that are too dark are transmitted lighter.

This is the normal resolution for a document with normal

(E.g. newspaper articles)
. F This is the finest scanning.
