Replacing the Image Cartridge

The image cartridge is designed to print approximately 5600 pages (A4).
If the unit is out of order, toner begins to spill onto the prints. Besides this,
the prints turn increasingly lighter. In this case, remove the cartridge from
the machine and shake it several times to spread the remaining toner
inside. If the quality of the prints does not improve, follow the steps below.
Release the lock and open the
top cover. Remove the image
cartridge.
Take the new image cartridge
from the package. Hold it with
both hands and shake it several
times to spread the toner inside
evenly. Pull the sealing tape
sideways out of the cartridge.
Slide the cartridge along the
guides into the machine until it
snaps into the final position.
