Symptom
The OVER SPEC LED on the

Remove the DIMMs and the ServerRAID SAS controller, and

is lit, the pair of DIMMs that you just reinstalled is defective.
Replace the defective DIMMs.
Reinstall the ServeRAID SAS controller and restart the device. If

the OVER SPEC and power channel LEDs are off, replace the
ServeRAID SAS controller.
Remove all PCI adapters (the low-profile PCI Express adapters in

PCI slots 3 and 4, and the adapters on the PCI riser card in PCI
slots 1 and 2). If the OVER SPEC and power channel LEDs are
still lit, do the following:
