Type up to 32 alphanumeric characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z), underscores (_) and/or
hyphens (-) for the name of a device model.
Enter the MIB object ID of the device model.
Enter the MIB object ID of the firmware version for which this device model's
settings will apply.
Enter the MIB object ID of the device model's CPU. This field is optional.
Select the type of the device model.
