In 0403: [Fusing Temperature on Standby] in [Operator Adjust.], decrease the values of
the following items by 10°C.
01: Heat Roller: On Standby
02: Heat Roller: On Panel Off
07: Pressure Roller: Before Process

In [Detailed settings] for custom paper, increase the value for 1235: [Fusing Temperature
Range] by +3.
You can increase the value up to +9. Be sure not to exceed this value.
• Select "Clear/Special" when using Neon Yellow, Neon Pink, or Invisible Red. Select "Metallic"
when using Gold or Silver.
• If the fusing temperature at which paper feeding is allowed is changed, there may be some
differences in image gloss and fusibility between the print results at the initial paper feeding and
subsequent printouts.
• After performing the solution, it is recommended to perform the color calibration of the external
printer controller.

Waiting Time Prior to Printing is Too Long (Envelope)

For some envelopes that are susceptible to creasing, the machine has a control scheme to execute 3-
minute idling before feeding such envelopes.
If creases on the envelopes are tolerable, you can turn off the following setting to reduce the waiting
time before printing starts.
However, if you change the following setting, the risk of problems, such as creases, worm tracks and
fusing errors, increases when printing envelopes.

If the paper is not registered as custom paper, register the brand of the paper.

In [Detailed settings] for custom paper, check 1242-01: [Initial Fusing Temperature for
Envelope]. If it is set to "On", set it to "Off".
If it is already set to "Off," there is no other solution.
