■Operators
(1) This Operation Manual is intended for persons who perform assembly, operation and maintenance
or inspection of machinery using pneumatic equipment with sufficient knowledge and experience
with such equipment.
Only such persons are allowed to perform assembly, operation and maintenance or inspection.
(2) Read and understand this Operation Manual carefully before performing assembly, operation and
maintenance or inspection.

■Do not disassemble, modify (including replacing the circuit board) or repair.
Otherwise, an injury or failure may result.
■Do not use outside the specifications.
Do not use with gases or fluid that are flammable or have an effect on the human body.
Using the product outside the specifications may result in fire, malfunction, or damage to the product.
Check the specifications before using the product.
■Do not use in an environment where there are flammable or explosive gases or dust is flowing.
Otherwise, a fire or explosion may result.
The product is not designed to be explosion proof.
■Do not use in a place where charging of static electricity is a problem.
Otherwise, failure or malfunction of the system may result.
■When using the product for an interlock circuit:

Provide multiple interlocking with another system (mechanical protection system, etc.).
•
Perform inspection to ensure that the product is operating properly.
Otherwise, an accident due to malfunction may result.
■Before performing maintenance or inspection:
•
Turn off the power supply.
•
Stop the air supply, exhaust the compressed air in piping and verify that the air is released to atmosphere.
Otherwise, an injury may result.
