○Selection of 2 setting mode or 3 setting mode
The 2 setting mode or 3 setting mode can be set by operating the sensor monitor. (Set to 3 setting mode by
the factory default settings) (Refer to page
•2 setting mode
In this mode, two points, SP1 and SP2, can be set.
The set operating range for each of the points may be overlapping.
: There is no limit in the magnitude correlation between SP1 and SP2.
<Setting example>
For applications such as the determination of a non-standard workpiece size and the diagnosis on the
time of maintenance based on the misalignment of the switch itself
•3 setting mode
In this mode, three points, SP1, SP2 and SP3 can be set.
When SP3 is ON, OUT1 and OUT2 are output at the same time.
Therefore, the set operating range for each of the points cannot be overlapping.
: There is no limit in the magnitude correlation between SP1, SP2 and SP3.
<Setting example>
Using as three pieces of general purpose switches (fully closed, gripping the workpiece, erroneous chuck,
etc.)
•The relationship between the output points (SP1 to SP3) and the output terminals of the sensor monitor
