○High resolution range
The range where the angle of the analogue output waveform to the stroke is 0.2 [V/mm] or more in the
above determinable range of an analogue output waveform is considered as the high resolution range.
As long as it is within the high resolution range, a stroke difference of about ±0.1 mm
When using an analogue ASW to distinguish a minute dimensional difference, adjust the mounting position
of the analogue ASW so that the position to distinguish will be in the high resolution range.
: Analogue output fluctuations due to the effect of the ambient environment and effects including the wobbling of the actuator and a
deformation of the workpiece are excluded.
○Example of analogue output
: Contact SMC for applicable actuators, determinable range for each actuator, and a rough high resolution range value.
