Mounting and Installation

■Installation method

○Analogue auto switch
When mounting the analogue auto switch to the cylinder/actuator, a mounting bracket corresponding to
the cylinder/actuator should be used.
The mounting method depends on the cylinder/actuator type and tube inner diameter.
When mounting a new sensor, confirm that the cylinder/actuator is of the built-in magnet type and then
prepare a mounting bracket corresponding to the cylinder/actuator. A mounting bracket is
for some sensors.
•Correct tightening torque
When tightening the mounting screws, use a cross head screwdriver with #0 blade.
The tightening torque should be approximately 0.2 ±0.05 N·m.
If the screws are tightened too tightly, the cylinder/actuator or the switch may be damaged.
If the screws are tightened too loosely, it may cause positional misalignment or malfunction during
operation.
: Do not pull out the mounting screws. Also, do not use mounting screws other than those originally mounted.
○Display sensor monitor
•Mounting with bracket
●Mount the bracket to the body using the mounting screws (self tapping screw: Nominal diameter 3 x 8L
(2 pcs.)).
: Tighten the bracket mounting screws to a torque of 0.5 ±0.05 N·m.
Be aware that since self tapping screws are used, they cannot be mounted or removed more than once.
