3.10.3 Disassembling the switching cylinder

(1) - Motor fastening screws

(2) - Pneumatic hose

(3) - Pneumatic connection

To remove the switching cylinder:

1. Pull off the pneumatic hose (2).

2. Unscrew the connection (3) from the cylinder if necessary.

3. Remove the drive motor ( p. 57).

4. Loosen the clamping screw (5) between switching cylinder and

5. Pull the switching cylinder up and out.

Crushing possible.

Switch off the machine before disassembling the

switching cylinder.
