8.3 Setting the light barrier for the flap
The light barrier for the flap is set at the OP7000 control panel ( p. 253).
8.4 Aligning the air nozzles for cleaning the reflecting foils
The light barrier fixture is equipped with air nozzles for cleaning the reflect-
ing foils from dust and fluff.

Proper setting
The air nozzles must be aligned in such a way that the air stream is directed
towards the reflecting foils while the transport clamp moves to the loading
position.
The transport clamps must be aligned correctly with the folder sole
( p. 88).
To align the air nozzles for cleaning the reflecting foils:
1. Open the menu Service > Multi test > Multi test I/O
2. Advance the transport clamps into the area of the air nozzles.
3. Lift the transport clamps using Y21/Y22.
4. Slightly loosen the screws (1).
5. Turn the air nozzle holder in such a way that the air stream hits the
