5.21 CPCP Service

5.21.1 Introduction to CPCP Service

During an ongoing call, one party using the call park/call pickup (CPCP) service can
temporarily suspend the call by hanging up the phone. The other party can hold the
phone and listens to the music on hold until the CPCP-initiating subscriber restores the
call by dialing the connection code.
