a. Disconnect the PCIe riser 1 cables from the system board assembly. See

b. Grasp and lift the PCIe riser to remove it from the chassis; then, disconnect the power cable
from the PCIe riser.
c. Record the cable connections and disconnect all internal cables from the PCIe adapters.
Remove PCIe riser 3
Procedure
Step 1. Make preparation for the task.
a. Remove the front top cover. See

c. Remove the crossbar. See
