- Generator terminal P (wiring
harness-side) and PCM terminal
2AR (wiring harness-side)
• Is there continuity?
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC
P2503 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all disconnected
connectors.

• Clear the DTC from the PCM memory using
the WDS or equivalent.
• Start the engine.
• Is same DTC present?
VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
• Perform the "AFTER REPAIR
PROCEDURE".

Charging system voltage high
• The PCM determines that the generator output voltage is more than 18.5
V or battery voltage is more than 16.0 V while the engine running.
• Short to power supply in wiring harness between generator connector
terminal D and PCM connector terminal 2AN
• Generator malfunction
• PCM and/or generator are poorly connected.
