Propshaft and rear final drive - Edition 10.2018
– Remove cross member -1-.
Continued for all vehicles
– Remove anti-roll bar ⇒ Chassis; Rep. gr. 42 .
– Disconnect plug connection -2- at top of the control unit.
– Unscrew both bleeder hoses for final drive -arrows- at the as‐
sembly carrier.
– Position the engine and gearbox jack e.g. -V.A.G 1383A- be‐
low the rear final drive and secure the final drive.
