FETCh:WQUality:CDPNoise:ICHannel:COUNt[:BIN]?
Function This query indicates how many bins contain measurement data. For example, if 13 is returned,
bins 0 through 12 contain measurement data and bins 13 through 15 contain 9.91 E+37 results.
