When install the Fiber cable
Grasp the bushing section of Fiber adapter.
Mate the Convex of fiber connector with the
groove on the fiber adapter, and insert.
Important
If you grasp the fiber connector, it cannot be connected correctly.

Connect the calibration ROM to the Sensor Control-
ler, and then tighten the supplied M2 screw.
Tightening torque: 0.15 N · m max.
Important
• Before connecting or disconnecting the calibration ROM, make sure that the Sensor Controller's power supply is
turned OFF. The Sensor Controller may break down if the calibration ROM is connected while the power is ON.
