After internal logging ends, click the [Save to
file (Sensor → PC)] to output the data to a
file.
A CSV format file in the following format is
output.

Set the logging conditions for internal logging.
There are three settings: Number of logging, number of logging decimation, and overwrite mode.

Exceeding the maximum number of logging results in the following behavior according to the setting of
overwrite mode:
• With overwrite mode turned OFF
The internal logging stops.
• With overwrite mode turned ON
The internal logging continues.
The oldest logging data is overwritten.
Note
When continue to logging after starting logging until stop logging, set the as below:
• Logging number: 0
• Overwriting mode: ON
