Twenty minutes after the router is powered on or the FIP is inserted with power supply on, the
RUN LED still flashes at 8 Hz, which indicates that the FIP application failed to start or the FIP is
faulty. In this case, the FIP is in position, and if you enter the display version command, the
following information will be displayed:

The Board is present, state is unknown

Solution
Check that:
The power switch of the router is turned on.
