Lift Platform Replacement

This procedure provides instruction to remove and replace the Lift Platform.

Procedure

Removal
Review entire procedure before starting.
1. Remove the hood cover, see
2. Remove the left/right trim landing covers, see
on page 85.
3. Remove the left and right trim side covers see
page 80.
4. Prepare the treadmill for service. This procedure gains access to the lift platform from
the front of the treadmill. However you can alternatively access the lift platform by lay-
ing the treadmill on its side, see
a. Access the service menu (51765761) and select the INCLINE TEST, see
to Access the Standard Service Menus" on page
to set the incline level to 14.
b. Securely and safely place supports (e.g. car jack stands, blocks, etc.) under the
left and right front corners of the frame weldment.
