Belt/deck Condi-

(1) The measured AC input current draw is an indicator of the belt/deck condition.
The higher the current draw is, the more worn the belt and deck is.
(2) Remember that the deck can be flipped, make sure both surfaces are worn prior
to ordering a new deck.

System Troubleshooting Procedures
Action
• Very good: new belt/deck con-
dition, no action required
• Good condition: normal con-
dition, no action required.
• Used condition: Belt/deck may
need to be cleaned.
The higher the AC input current
draw, the more worn the belt/-
deck is.
Indication that the belt/deck con-
dition is very worn approaching
the condition in which the belt/-
deck needs to be replaced.
1. Clean the belt/deck surfaces
and remeasure the AC input cur-
rent draw. If the current draw
decreases below 16 A, do not
replace the belt/deck.
2. If there are reoccurring motor
current overload related error
codes, replace deck/belt. May
only occur when heavier exer-
cisers use the machine.
Replace the deck and belt
• 20 A is the maximum AC input
current limit.
• The treadmill ON/OFF
breaker or the facility circuit
panel 20 amp breaker may trip
or intermittently trip when the
AC input current draw reaches
or exceeds the 20 A maximum
limit, .
