Lift Motor Calibration

About

This procedure provides instruction to verify and calibrate the Lift Motor and Incline system.
The Lift Motor calibration should be verified any time the lift motor is replaced, the lift motor
fuse fails, or any incline system component is replaced.

Procedure

Review entire procedure before starting.
1. Remove the Hood cover, see
2. Prepare the treadmill for service. Choose one of two methods to access the lift exten-
sion tube and jackscrew components: 1) front access (by raising and blocking the
frame) or side access (by laying the treadmill on its side). Review each method and
use the method that best fits your particular situation.
