Explanation, example
Use ref. DP "Modem type" to specify the modem
type you want to use to communicate via
modem interface RS-232.
The setting values for DPs "Command abortion
connection" and "Command opening
connection" depend on the modem type.
Protocols "Fax Class 2" or "Fax Class 2.0" for
commercially available modems.
Modems with other protocols are not supported
for fax messages.
Baud rate to communication via modem
interface RS-232.
Setting value "Automatic" applies to plug&play
operation. This value helps determine the
highest possible baud rate upon the next reset
command. However, the baud rate can continue
to be set.
