Remote operation using a web browser
Information from your network administrator
Data point configuration: IP address, IP subnetwork address (subnet mask), default
gateway (standard gateway), DNS server 1 (and DNS server 2 as needed).
Diagnosis: Remote operation using a web browser
See Section 6.2.3 to diagnose problems connecting to the web server OZW775.
Send e-mails
Internal external mail server
Clarify if the web server OZW775 should send e-mails to an internal mail server
(LAN, intranet) or to an external mail server.
Information from the ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Data point configuration: Mail server address, mail server port number, e-mail
address sender, mail server authentication, user name and password (login to mail
server).
E-mail message receiver
Configure data points: Message receiver, receiver type, interface, transmission
protocol, fault priority, e-mail address.
Diagnosis: Send e-mails
See Section 6.3.4 to diagnose e-mail sending errors or if e-mails are not sent.
Remote operation and alarming via Ethernet
ACS CD V5.10
Remote alarming to PC/laptop with installed program "ACS Alarm" requires ACS CD
V5.10 (available from summer 2008).
Information from your network administrator
Configure data points: ACS Alarm address, ACS Alarm port number.
Message receiver for ACS Alarm
Configure data points: Message receiver, receiver type, interface, transmission
protocol, fault priority.
ACS Alarm on PC/laptop
ACS Alarm is installed on PC/laptop.
Select
Tools > Connections
Select "TCP/IP" and click
Click
and if default port number 49194 is not valid, enter the new port

PC/laptop is set up to receive alarm messages via Ethernet TCP/IP in program
"ACS Alarm".
