Ref. DP "Message receiver 1" (1...4) allows for
entering the name (text) with max. 20
alphanumeric characters.
The name is displayed as information text in
ACS and in messages.
Ref. DP "Receiver type" allows you to configure
the type of message receiver. The following
data points depend on the setting value:
"Interface" (USB, modem, Ethernet) and,
depending on "Interface", the "Modem type" and
the "Transmission protocol".
Setting value "---" does not determine the
receiver type, i.e. the message receiver is
inactive.
Setting value USB / Modem / Ethernet connects
the receiver (FB "Message receiver", receiver
1...4) to the corresponding interface.
The setting value depends on the data point
configuration for "Modem type", "Receiver type",
and "Interface". See the setting values for data
point "Transmission protocol" in the table below.
