Configure the following data points to send e-mails in FB "Message receiver" for
receivers 1...4 (1...4, depending on the number of PC/laptops with e-mail reception).

Check communication after you configure the data points. See Section 5.3.
Send a test system report to a message receiver. If the test is successful, data point
"System report sent" confirms with "Yes".
6.3.4 Diagnosis: Send e-mails
Use the following steps to diagnose problems if sending e-mails causes errors or if e-
mails are not sent.
Is the network containing the web server connected to DNS server 1 (and DNS
server 2)?
• Check using the PC/laptop on the same network (the network containing the web
server OZwW775) by entering the following ping or nslookup command:
ping <IP address DNS server>

nslookup <IP address DNS server> or nslookup <Domain DNS server>
