Informative Messages

Informative messages inform you about the status of the interactive session. if needed, instruc-
tions for correcting the problem are included.
Figure 5-7 shows an informative message during the session.
You have entered an invalid password.
Please try again.
Your password must be 4 to 8 digits long. Enter your new password, then press [Enter].
Press [*] followed by [Enter] to cancel this action.

Entering an Asterisk (*)

Entering an asterisk (*) usually causes the system to return to the previous menu level. The
only exception occurs when you press the asterisk (*) to change the language. This can only
be done at the beginning of an interactive session (see Figure 5-1 on page 5-1).
5.3 Ending an Interactive Administration Session
To end an interactive session:
Press CTRL+l (CTRL + lowercase "L").
OR
Display the PC system administration main menu, and enter an asterisk (*).
