This process data defines the mode for MDI sets.
Precondition: p2654 > 0
MDI_MODE = xx0x hex → Absolute
MDI_MODE = xx1x hex → Relative
MDI_MODE = xx2x hex → Abs_pos (only for modulo correction)
MDI_MODE = xx3x hex → Abs_neg (only for modulo correction)
