Interactive Function Error Messages

The PC USB adapter for the
interactive function may not
be connected yet.
The electronic pen is not
working correctly.
Please wait.

Cause
The electronic pen has been
registered to the projector
before the computer USB
adapter is registered to the
projector.
The projector failed to register
the computer USB adapter.
The channel for wireless
connection is being switched
automatically.
The message disappears when
the wireless LAN connection
channel is fixed.
Solution
Turn off the electronic pen, register
the computer USB adapter to the
projector, and then register the
electronic pen again.
To try the registration process again,
remove the computer USB adapter,
and then click [OK].
• Make sure that the computer
USB adapter is set correctly.
• Make sure that there are no
obstacles between the
projector and the computer.
• Be sure to attach the computer
USB adapter within five
seconds of pressing the [Enter]
button.
Wait until the message disappears.
