Service Status
Even when the lamp does not light due to a broken lamp (projection does not start), the service status
information including the lamp time and the total time can be acquired and displayed by using the
Service Status Tool without replacing the lamp.
Using the service status tool
• Before starting this work, download "Backup/Restore Tool", install the USB driver on the
computer, and connect the projector to the computer. (page 121 "Data Backup/Restore")
Acquiring the service status information
1.
Put the projector in the standby state. (The power can stay ON.)
2.
Start ServiceTool_DataBackupRestore.EXE (the Service tool).
3.
Select [Service Status Tool], and click [Start].
[Service Status Viewer] that acquires the service status information appears.
