5. Troubleshooting
• If the cause is not identified, first try the solutions that do not require parts replacement.
Example: For Error ID "36", first try "applying vibration to the lamp unit by shaking it 5 times side to
side about 30 cm across," and, if the problem is not solved, replace the lamp next.
• If the cause is not identified and this manual shows the order in which you should try the solutions,
follow the instructions.
