Serial Interface Cable – PS 1 or PS 1.5 (OPTIONAL)
Earlier versions of the LPOD-R PS 1 and PS 1.5 featured a 19-pin 'J6 | COM1' remote communications and discrete control receptacle
for optional serial-based M&C of the LPOD-R. (This is now an optional configuration. This interface is now a weatherproof RJ-45
Ethernet receptacle providing Ethernet-based M&C.) The optional Comtech EF Data CLC-10 Serial M&C Accessory Kit (CEFD P/N KT-
0020518) includes the CA-0020526 Serial Interface Cable. This kit is available to provide optional serial-based M&C of standalone LPOD-
R PS 1 and PS 1.5 units using the CLC-10 Comtech LPOD Controller (a preconfigured Two Technologies, Inc. TechTerm Handheld
Terminal).
The circular connector end of this cable installs onto the LPOD-R 19-pin 'J6 | COM 1' receptacle. The RJ-11 connector end plugs directly
into the CLC-10.
Current production versions of the LPOD-R PS 1 and PS 1.5 do not support use of the CLC-10.
