Set DC Voltage Output

Do these procedures to set a dc voltage output from the front-panel NORMAL terminals.
If you make an entry error, push  to clear the display, then record the value again.
To prevent damage to the UUT, make sure the applied voltage
to the UUT is not larger than the rating of the UUT insulation
and the connection wires.
1. Push  to clear outputs from the Calibrator.
2. Connect the UUT as in the "Connect the Calibrator to a UUT" section of this chapter.
3. Set the UUT to measure dc voltage on the necessary range.
4. Push the numeric keys and decimal point key to record the necessary voltage output
(maximum seven numeric keys). For example, 123.4567.
At voltage outputs of 100 V and above (nominal), the Calibrator usually
makes a small high-pitched sound.
5. Push  to select the polarity of the voltage (default is +)
6. Push a multiplier key, if necessary. For example, push .
7. Push .
8. The Control Display shows the amplitude of your entry. For example,
123.4567 mV (see below).
9. Push . The Calibrator erases your entry from the Control Display and copies
it into the Output Display (below is typical).
