Use the cable supplied with the Oscilloscope Calibration Option to connect the SCOPE
connector on the 5502A to one of the channel connectors on your oscilloscope (see
Figure 8-3).
To use the external trigger, connect the TRIG connector on the 5502A to the external
trigger connection on your oscilloscope. To use the external trigger and see its signal with
the calibration signal, connect the TRIG connector to a different channel. See your
oscilloscope manual for information about connections and how to see an external
trigger.
