Uploads recorder data to a host computer using standard
YMODEM protocol.

RY000
RY uploads the entire contents of the recorder via the serial
interface to a host computer using the standard YMODEM
protocol for binary file transfer. Any communications pro-
gram that uses the YMODEM protocol may be used to upload
the recorder data. The data is transferred to the host and
stored as DOS files. This command may be used to recover
deployment data without opening the electronics housing.
