How to Retrieve Platform Load
Sense System Fault Codes
Note: Perform this procedure with the engine off,
the key switch turned to ground controls and the
red Emergency Stop buttons pulled out to the on
position at both the ground and platform controls.
1 Open the ground controls side turntable cover.
2 Locate the operational and safety controllers
near the ground control box.
3 Determine whether a safety or operational
fault exists by visually inspecting which
controller has flashing LEDs.
Note: If the LEDs are flashing on both controllers,
determine the fault code on one controller at a time.
4 Determine the error source: The red LED
indicates the error source and will flash two
separate codes. The first code will indicate the
first digit of the two digit code, flashing once
per second. It will then pause for 1.5 seconds
and flash the second digit once per
0.5 second.
5 Determine the error type: The green LED
indicates the error type and will flash two
separate codes. The first code will indicate the
first digit of the two digit code, flashing once
per second. It will then pause for 1.5 seconds
and flash the second digit once per
0.5 second.
